Following with the French theme, this classic is a must for a jazz playlist, with the French lyrics from Eartha Kitt providing a song that ensures the Parisian sophistication of a dinner party.

An complete classic, that has romantic hints throughout that is accompanied by the brilliance of Ray Charles on the piano.



9) Blue Train-John Coltrane

A high tempo classic from the master saxophonist, this is a perfect song to start to start the night with.



10) April in Paris-Charlie Parker

A slow tempo swing masterpiece with the backing of strings help Parker to have a piece of music that is mature and sophisticated and is a must to accompany the canapés and Bollinger.
